With my new website, ordering is easy! Product availablity is updated instantly. So if a set of beads or piece of jewelry is in stock, simple click that "Add To Cart" button to add it to your cart.
:: What forms of payment do you accept? ::
For the time being, all purchases will be processed via Paypal. Don't have a Paypal account? That's okay... you can still make payments with Paypal even if you don't have an account. Just follow the instructions as you check out.
:: How much is shipping? ::
Shipping is charged as follows:
US Residents - Flat Rate of $3.50 for First Class USPS Mailing
Canada Residents - Flat Rate of $3.50 for items weighting less than 1 pound, Flat Rate of $8.00 for items weighting more than 1 pound.
Everywhere else! - Flat Rate of $3.50 for items weighting less than 1 pound, Flat Rate of $12.00 for items weighting more than 1 pound.

:: Do you take Custom Orders? ::
Sometimes... as I grow as an artist I am finding that I don't like limiting myself with specifics. What does that mean for you? Well, if you would like something custom made,, just for you... send me an email with what you are looking for. If I feel inspired and I want to do it... I will let you know. If I am feeling uninspired or I am too busy to make something custom... I will let you know.
:: Will you remake me something? ::
Yes and No. I feel very strongly about keeping my designs and beads as one-of-a-kind as possible. I will not make a "copy" of something. If there is a design you really like, send me an email and I will let you know if I can remaking it with it's own uniqueness.
:: Do you accept returns? ::
I want you to love your beads as much as I do. So if your purchase isn't what you expected, send me an email and we will come up with a resolution... either replacement beads or a refund.

Your privacy as a buyer is very important. Any information shared with Kab's Creative Concepts will stay totally confidential. No personally identifiable information will be shared with anyone at anytime, this includes name, address, phone numbers, email addresses or purchasing information.
